I was reading the press release for The Dark Knight Rises, which started filming yesterday. You can read it here if you scroll down. Anyway, it says the score will be composed by Hans Zimmer, with no mention of James Newton-Howard. Is JNH off the project? That would be a shame. His contributions were the best part of the previous two scores.

Did anybody heard this news yesterday? I came across an article from Superherohype.com that Hans Zimmer has wrote a song dedicated to the victims of the Aurora, Colorado shooting, called "Aurora".

FMF Krakow has now officially announced the coming of Hans Zimmer to the Krakow festival.
So finally I'm allowed to announce this too on our forum.
Hans will be there the whole weekend, so I have already opted for him to be one of the guests of the meet & greet.That's of course a long shot but Smile

who knows.

The design of the Krakow shirts this year will be having a special design regarding the "Gladiator"screening and the possibility of having an Hans Zimmer signature on it.
