Hail all, new here...
I've just "acquired" the Ron Goodwin-soundtrack for the danish 1986-cartoon flick, based on the Norse mythology. I've been searching for this score for quite some years now, and it's even better alone, without the pictures. It really plays on ALL the different strings, from silly light to brooding dark moods.
If you like Basil Poledouris' Conan The Barbarian and a big joyful adventure-score in generel, you should definitely track this one down.
Just thought I'd pass this one along. It saved my morning...

Have you got any links to websites where we can sample some of the score? |

Is there a soundtrack CD release of Ron Goodwin's score to Alfred Hitchcock's Frenzy? _________________ "I wanna introduce you to a personal friend of mine. This is an M41A pulse rifle. Ten millimeter with over-and-under thirty millimeter pump action grenade launcher." |

Unfortunately not, but I haven't been looking for it either.
I could send you a small sample if you want one. The tracks are mostly short... |

Thanks for the offer but I'll keep my eyes open for sites on line that might have samples first. I just thought it might be easier for Jeric and co. to make a decision if they could hear samples. If I find a site with some on, I'll post it under this thread. |
