Relax, Starkiller. Albums are generally considered if the material is original to the movie or associated closely enough to it. Since that appears to be the case here, it technically qualifies.
The problem though is not vocals. It's that the music style really stands out in comparison to the majority of SST's library. Therefore, it may not be suitable to our listener's tastes. That's partly why this democratic system of voting is set in place although the bottom line decision rests with the station's proprietor.
I voted "no" because it's not my cup of tea and some of the lyrics sound a bit risque.
