Got a new phone, love it, but need one of you more tech savvy to figure out everything (and no the book hasn't helped, guess they should have had cocles write it)

Those cell phone books all suck. I couldn't get anything out of any of the books for any of the phones I have had. What worked best for me was to sit down and putz around with it until I could figure it out.
By the way, for anyone who has Verizon, the LG VX4600 is a great phone.

*cough* I think that... you should maybe look on Nokia's website to see if they have an online manual and FAQ (and I do beleive they have)...
Otherwise, maybe actually ask a question so people can answer. I have a nokia but not the 3300, too bulky.

i love it, but just can't figure out all the stuff. Some of the questions are at&t related, but everytime i call customer service i get someone from india who never understands what i'm asking

You gotta love those top quality call centres though, thur. The other day I phoned one and have to give out my address. When I came to "Yorkshire" she didn't understand that it wasn't New York.
I think a postal correspondance later on ended up with New Yorkshire.

Yeah the India thing is getting way out of hand. I was throwing a beating to some collection agent calling for AT & T saturday and they just didn't get it ....
