Hmmm, this could be a long list:
The Lost World
A Simple Plan
Kung Pow: Enter The Fist
Battlefield Earth
Scary Movie
Freddy VS. Jason
That's good for now.

I think Kung Pow is supposed to be stupid. It's the same for Hot Shots or Airplanes or Soccer Shaolin... _________________ Always wondered what a French photo album could look like?

Well I liked Airplane, Hot Shots and Shaolin Soccer (the chinese version).
I didn't like Kung Pow. To each their own.

That's very interesting because, to me, it's really the same style. I'm curious now. Could you be more specific of what you didn't like in Kung Pow compared to Airplane, Hot Shots, Shaolin Soccer...? _________________ Always wondered what a French photo album could look like?

I'm not sure why you are so interested in this schroddie? I mean this is just a simple thread for naming movies we really didn't like, I didn't know there would be a quiz.
But, since you asked, I found Kung Pow extremely unimaginative. It wanted to be like one of those films (or more like a modern "What's Up, Tiger Lily"), but came up very short. The film had two or three cute jokes in the beginning of the film and then proceeded to repeat them over and over again. I just didn't think the writing was very original or entertaining.

The Gate has to be the worst movie I ever saw. It was a cheesy mid-80's "horror" movie about a hole in this kid's backyard that was the gateway to h3ll.
The fact that the guy I was dating at the time broke up with me after that date sure didn't make the movie any better. |

...if I could only remember the title. It was some low-budget, no-theme movie made in the late 80s...think, man, think...about a bunch of guys that go around trying to date girls (or something like that) and the lame-o stuff that they do. _________________ "Get it?...Got it!...GOOD!" -- The Court Jester |

goober: I think there was a Gate II. I'd wager that that was even worse.

One of the worst movies I've seen on TV recently was Mr. Deeds. That was just plain awful (as are a lot of other Adam Sandler movies). _________________ "I wanna introduce you to a personal friend of mine. This is an M41A pulse rifle. You didn't like Dumb and Dumber, Korkster? I admit it had some pretty lame humour in it, but it also had (in my opinion) some really great moments. |
