What's the best holiday (Christmas, Hanukah, etc.) present you ever got?
And the best one you ever gave someone?
Me:
Got - when I was five, one of those hoppy balls with a handle that you sat on and bounced around (it was way cool, my sister got one too)
Gave - sang "O Holy Night" in church for my parents, it was a surprise. They went, "OMG!!!" It was great  |

Gave: A painting to my grandmom this year. I had made it myself and it was VERY green. She liked it 
Got: Oh, there's a lot of things. But the very best must be a Barbie doll when I was 12. It was one of those that changed haircolor in the sun...
Oh, and this year I got the best "grown-up" presents: two Rammstein cd's and FIVE books...

I just got a professionally framed Nightmare Before Christmas poster autographed by Elfman and Burton. It's awesome! Thanks BQ!
I'm pretty proud of the Seiko I bought her this year.

Got: a teddy bear 4 years ago. It was the best present and made my whole Christmas. The reason it was the best, is because the only other thing I got was hubcaps from wal-mart.
More recently the best gift is the ring i got this year.
Gave: I'm not sure. I love giving gifts, and a lotta thought goes into them, so i dont know, but whichever one gives the most excitement and enjoyment to the receiver would have to be the best ones.

Got: a lovely coat.
Gave: an engagement ring 5 years ago on Valentines Day! Happily married for 4-1/2 years!!!
