This morning while drinking my morning cup of coffee. I browsed the SST forums. And I noticed this:
For those who are participating on forums and chats for quite some time like I do, words in capitals is the equivalent of yelling. I like my morning nice and quiet. Just give me time to settle in and I am one happy guy. Yelling does not help :S
Please do not overuse capitals, and one exclamation point is sufficient in (almost) all occasions.

I agree that capitals are sometimes overused.
So maybe the initiative of this group will help ban it in the future.

From all my years of MMORPG playing, caps has always meant yelling. I'm with Cal on this one, quiet is best in the morning

4 and when i have the caps oops in chat it's because of my work. all of the notes we put on drawings are in CAPS. like:
1-PROVIDE ARCHITECT WITH AT LEAST 2 BEATINGS ADAY FOR STUPIDITY.
