Maybe one of the sweeper commercials should have information about becoming a VIP and that you can now have a monthly subscription? _________________ "Diaper backward spells repaid. Think about it." ~ Marshall McLuhan |

I, for one, see this change as a positive and fully support it. Sounds like you have things well in hand.
I am more than happy to become an new SST VIP! |
Well said Jorelson. I think the same.
And my opinion is that non-VIPs should be allowed to keep their possibility of requesting.
Keeping money donations is also worth considering.
I think that info for newcomers about difference between VIP fees and donations could be also sent to them in an e-mail delivered right after registration.
Good luck SSTeam! _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

Maybe "VIP-only requests" should be made a feature of a long queue, or just the peak periods. Even shave a few minutes off of the mininum queue length to give the non-VIPs more requesting late in the night. _________________ When all else fails, consider time travel.

That might not be possible because the 1 hour minimum is a RIAA rule iirc. _________________ The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy on Flying: The knack of throwing yourself at the ground and miss.

No, it will have to be month-to-month or yearly. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

We plan on implementing the changes this Saturday morning (17-NOV-2006). These changes may affect your request wait times and web experience. We hope to have it all ironed out by Monday. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

I see that the new forum is up for VIP members. Is that going to be accessable to people who have VIP membership through L365? I tried to access it and it says I need to sign up for membership.
