Edit: There is something wrong with my links
J2, delete this post, please.
I will try to send these pictures again later (in proper way I hope)

The problem you had is that the IMG code is expecting an image file (ending in JPG, for example). You either need to post the links as URLs or post the direct image file URL.
Also, thanks for your vote of confidence in me, but don't forget that Obi and Thur, who have been mods longer than me (as well as any Admins), can delete your posts.

Thank you very much J2.
BTW: I didn't want to lessen Thur's, Obi's nor Admins' role here - I just had a feeling that you might be the first moderator to read my request. _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

My friend's Gallery with some pictures from my vacation has hotlinking option disabled and that was the reason why I had problem posting these pics here earlier.
This time I'm putting here just link to the pictures.
I've travelled to Italy in September this year with four of my friends.
Our goal was to walk and climb a bit in the Dolomites. It was my first visit there and I found The Dolomites an outstanding place to spend your free time in. Impressive and beautiful. (And the weather was great btw)
Anyone who is interested in seeing some pictures from the trip can use this link to gallery:

Thank you Alchemist!
I love mountains too.
And climbing in The Dolomites is very good idea
I haven't seen much yet but from what I've seen up to date - Via Delle Bocchette (in Gruppo Di Brenta near Madonna di Campiglio) is outstanding via ferrata - probably one of the most beautiful routes there. And not the hardest one btw.
You can see some pictures from Via Delle Bocchette in my gallery

I thought I would bump this thread up and see if anyone had any pictures they would like to share from any trips they were on over the holidays. I would have taken a picture of the several feet of snow I encountered but sadly I do not have a digital camera . |

Just got back from 5 days in Los Angeles for Oscar weekend with our kids.
Yesterday we had lunch with Socr8s and his pretty gf near the Kodak Theater at Hollywood & Highland.
Here we are outside the restaurant. If you squint really hard, you can make out the Hollywood sign on the hills in the background. And yes... it was cold!
Twopop and Socr8s
(There are more pics to follow after I decompress from the 3AM flight.)
btw - Socr is trying to get more information for a possible SST gathering for the John Williams-Hollywood Bowl Concert next July.
There are just so many things to see and do in LA. Mark your calendars. Hope lots of ppl can make it. |

Wow Twopop, sounds and looks like you had a wonderful time!! I cannot wait to see more pics!
Seeing John Williams in concert would be awesome! I look forward to hearing more information and thx to socr8s for volunteering to find out more info. Someday soon I hope to see John Scott in concert in California too (now he conducts for the Hollywood Symphony I believe). |

Good picture. Lunch was fun. Glad you could come out and actually have the time to meet up. So yeah, there we are standing in front of the "Are you america's next producer?" sign. |

Went to Rome, Italy from 14 - 21 April with my parents and sister. I have been there before but it was very nice to see all the places again and even saw some new things
Here is a pic to prove I was there
View from the Aventine (yes, the one mentioned in season 2 of Rome). It's me and St. Peter's cathedral in the background
