This album features 25 of the most popular songs from Monty Python's hilarious movies. Knights of the Round Table, The Spam Song and The Lumberjack song, like many of the Disney songs, make nice little diversions from the ambient background music on SST.

Haha. Well, I can't really take credit for this request. I mostly listen in during work and this request is coming from a coworker. I also think this would be a fun album to add to SST. |

I got the CD at home, it's nice to have it... it would be even nicer to have such classics like "The P*n*s Song" or "Knights of the round table" here at SST _________________ If our music survives, which I have no doubt it will,

Well, some of the songs appeared in movies and are not inappropriate for this site (for that or other reasons) but there's no way the entire album will be included. I'd guess that maybe 3 tracks would make it (based on my recollection of them, not on my having listened to them recently).
If JERIC OKs it, and you're willing to send it in knowing that only a few tracks will be included, you're more than welcome to. I wouldn't get my hopes up for any more than that, and even that might be a long shot.
Nice post, and nice use of the 24seven partner code, though.

It would be awesome to have this on here, but i highly doubt it as well. But saying that songs only in movies would be added is not right because there is alot of TV show music on here and all the other songs are from their show flying circus...just wanted to point that out. _________________ The right song can turn an emperor into a laughing stock, can bring down dynasties. Not to mention that the Symphonic Pink Floyd can also be found on SST.

Looking at the list of songs, I can only see 2-3 that would be inappropriate based on my recollection. Personally I'm not a big fan of the inappropriate ones anyway, but the price of the album is well worth the other songs. |

I own the cd and it would be great to add it to the database. I would love to fool around with the girls in the chat to songs like "Knights of the Round Table" or "The Galaxy Song"... although some not-really-family-friendly-ones would maybe not make it to SST. |

My God, Man, say the word! Fear of a name only increases fear of the thing itself.
I own this album. I like most of it. Wouldn't put more than a few tracks on SST, and honestly, it's one to me if that happens at all.
by j2brown because saying the word, while decreasing fear, also brings forth Google ads that we don't want on the site. |

Whooops! Perhaps you should edit bp's quote as well then j2!
While I'm here I'm afraid my vote is no for this and indeed most CDs with songs. I like movie soundtracks for the lyrical content of the music itself. I'mnot being funny about this and I certainly do not begrudge any song on SST or anyone who requests them. It's just that, for me personally, movie scores present an alternative kind of music to that which I normally listen to and I like the fact that most of the ones I own do not have songs.
