You should check out the forums of AFM... it's total fun to find and discuss musical performances found on youtube.... *link* _________________ If our music survives, which I have no doubt it will,

Looks Good !
I'd love to see this track added:
Gayane Ballet Suite (Adagio) by Aram Khachaturian
I thought of right away, when I saw the name of this great station!
And a suggestion:
What I would like to see is extra information about these Classical CD releases. Many of them are re-releases / re-masterings, and I would like to see a place for the original release date of the work, and even more interesting, the recording dates of each piece, if that is known.
Knownig the original relase date of a recording really helps to put things in perspective.
Congratulations on the look and feel of the site, and Best Wishes ! |

Medieval Music? Seriously? Not just fakey medieval like Carmina Burana?

Would Blackmore's Night quality for rennaissance music? (This is a serious question.)
Would Nightwish's first 3 albums qualify as opera? (This is a joke.)
The audio fidelity really strikes me (positively) on Adagio and that's just on the free 64 kbps stream. Are the encoders the same as they are here? Are you using HE-AAC-PS or just HE-AAC? Winamp doesn't distinguish between the two when you view file info. |

The encoders are the same on all of the 24seven.FM stations. Yes, we are using HE-AAC-PS (aacPlus v2). _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus
