My first soundtrack was Home Alone 2 only because I thought it had an instrumental track by john williams on it. (It didn't ) After that it was Jurassic Park and so on. I have about 30 scores and soundtracks now. (more or less) |

OOh yess I got that soundtrack too. Good times, I always liked the Mambo song or whatever it was. But your right, when I listen to it now, it is kinda stupid. |

Oh wow I forgot I had a bootleg soundtrack of Pink Floyd's The Wall. OK I just dated myself but who cares. _________________ A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction to a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day. - Calvin and Hobbes - |

Well yes and no. It was most of the music from the original album but it was ordered witht the movie and included some of the background dialouge that occured during the songs.
What do you want from me? I was only 13 when I had that! _________________ A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction to a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day. - Calvin and Hobbes - |

I think it was Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the Rings, and Sorcerers Stone, I bought them at the same time. |

My first one was Peter Pan but what got me hooked on the soundtracks came much later, I found the Hellraiser: Bloodline soundtrack (that is sadly not with me anymore) and the rest was history! _________________ "No tears please, it's a waste of good suffering!" |

My first Soundtrack CDs were Star Trek TNG Vol. 1, 2 and 3 by Dennis McCarthy and Ron Jones. I only bought them because I was a Trek fan. Since I loved that music, I started to look for more CDs by those composers and bought them, now I have about 40 discs of about 20 different composers. |

Cool Dave, I was pleased to get that trilogy myself too. I hope we can expand your collection even more here. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

First two soundtracks I bought were Clear & Present Danger and Stargate (bought them at the same time). Shortly after that I became a James Horner fan and not surprising, I really became in love with soundtracks after I listened to Braveheart.
Now, 8 years later I still love the work of James Horner, but also Hans Zimmer, Klaus Badelt and Thomas Newman. _________________ In a world without justice, one man was chosen to protect the innocent. |
