Maybe I'm only saying this because I'm not in the lead or anything.. But I think we have very few votes in total..
I would suggest to put a news item central on the home page, with links to both the galleries and to the voting pages.
As it stands now, only the people that entered the contest have voted, together with close relatives and that's it for now.
Btw: the women's contest has a lot more votes, that's interesting.

I think there are more women's votes because there are more guys voting than girls. Guys don't like voting for guys, I don't think. But they have no problem voting for girlies.

Next year I want all contestants to wear the same T-shirt (an SST T-Shirt), and all contestants have to take a mugshot-style of photograph (same angle and zoom)...
