Lalalandrecords has released a new Star Trek TNG Album. 1 Disc with Dennis McCarthy scores, 1 disc with Jay Chattaway scores and a third disc with scores composed by guest composers John Debney, Don Davis and Fred Steiner. I don't think that they picked all the best available scores but nevertheless this release is extremely exciting. 'Hide and Q' is an episode with great music, better than the episode itself. 'Time Squared' and 'The Child' have some great parts as well. I really hope that 'The Survivors' includes one or two of the ship attack scenes, I've been waiting for those to be released for the longest time. 'The Pegasus' by John Debney is a wonderful score as well, I noticed it already some 16 years ago when I watched that episode for the first time. It will also be great to get to hear some of Jay Chattaway's earlier scores like 'Remember Me'. Can't wait till the CD arrives, the moment it's here I know exactly what I will be doing for 4 hours after that
