|
I'm looking for the composer and the name of the score which contains the following piece of music:
Measure: 4/4
Tempo: about 90bpm
Key: C minor
Solo Trumpet: C D D C C - - - - - D - Eb - F - G - - D D -
accompanied by guitar and strings, if I remember correctly.
Sounds a bit like a Morricone western kind of piece to me. I've listened to a few of Morricone's scores, but I haven't found it yet. Could also be from "The Mexican" / "Desperado" or similar movies.
Any help would be appreciated!

Nope, but thanks.
It's some kind of italo western music. It would fit perfectly on one of the "Kill Bill" CDs. |

Shock, that does look a lot like Alan Silvestri's Mexico motif from "The Mexican." I'd look there first. |

Hurr78: Now that's extremely close! Tempo, gesture and instrumentation are exactly like the ones from the piece I'm looking for. But - it's not the one. Melody and harmony are not the same...
But thanks for the tip! |
